However extravagant or intimate your event, lighting is important and can be as simple or as dramatic as you like. Some clients like to focus on very simple lighting in keeping with the enviroment, others prefer a full on disco or mobile nightclub enviroment. If you dont indicate a preference then i will always provide a range of professional intelligent moving and scanning lights, which are included in the price.

If you have your own unique lighting idea, i will be happy to meet you at the venue beforehand to discuss this and help you achieve your vision.

YOUR FIRST DANCE, LIGHTING AND DRY ICE

Video 1 (right) illustrates the reception venues at Leeds Castle and Selsden Park Hotel, where both couples opted for a romantic atmosphere for their first dance, which was created using dry ice (optional) and colour changing water effect lighting (included).

Also shown in the video is Penshurst Place where a more extensive range of lighting was requested for the reception.

DANCE FLOOR EFFECTS

Get this lighting effect free of charge when you book reception and wedding breakfast music.

Video 2 (right) is the latest unique green and red laser that provides stunning effects as sound sensitive dots of light move in rhythm to the music producing a magical effect on the dancefloor.

CIVIL CEREMONIES

Video 3 (right) illustrates my civil ceremony music service. The video was filmed in July 2008 at Knowlton Court at the wedding of Peter and Leanne Williams, where i provided all the music throughout the marriage.

The guests listened to several tracks from the Love Actually Soundtrack before Leanne walked down the aisle to Eva Cassidys "Songbird". As the newlyweds signed the register, Norah Jones "Come away with me" played in the background before the amazing finale as Peter and Leanne walked out to The Beach Boys "Wouldnt it be nice".

WEDDING BREAKFASTS

Video 4 (right). Save yourself from the considerable expense of a string quartet, harpist or pianist by adding sophisticated background music like classical, smooth or swing jazz, chillout or easy listening love music, which adds ambience to your wedding breakfast at the fraction of the cost of a live act.

The audio may be harder to hear if viewing on a laptop without speakers.

UPLIGHTING

Visually transform your room or marquee and enhance the ambience with a splash of colour. Mood uplighting can be set perfectly to compliment your chosen colour scheme, add warmth to an enviroment, to colour wash marquee/function room walls and ceilings or to highlight arches and pillars for example.

If you are unsure on the amount of fixtures you would require, i recommend spacing them 3-4 metres apart for the optimum effect.

Uplighting is also an effective way of highlighting the top table during your wedding breakfast when there is little or no ambient light

HIGH DEFINITION NAME PROJECTION

Your names or design are projected onto the dance floor throughout the reception as shafts of light are projected through high definition lettering, displaying your design in lights.

ILLUMINATED DANCE FLOOR HIRE

The wow factor! Everybody wants to dance on a stunning illuminated square dance floor. Colour mixing enables thousands of potential colours or patterns to be possible with just one floor. All dancefloors include illuminated safety edging to indicate the step to your guests

SECURING YOUR BOOKING

Availability cannot be guaranteed until the reservation process has been fully completed.

Once you have confirmed the venue for your wedding, please contact me as soon as possible to provisionally reserve the date. After a provisional booking is made, i will send you a booking form and terms and conditions, which will need to be returned with the required deposit (usually 20%) within 7 days. All bookings and receipt of deposits are then confirmed in writing
